Speakers: Jessica Lebovits, RDN, CDN, is a registered dietitian living in New York City who is passionate about helping those with gastrointestinal conditions. Jessica has been working as a clinical outpatient dietitian at Columbia University’s Celiac Disease Center for the past 7+ years. She also sees patients through her own private practice, Jessica Nutrition. Jessica is an expert in celiac disease and other gluten-related disorders. Jessica has celiac disease herself and is otherwise known as the @gfree_rd. Her research focuses on improving quality of life for those with celiac disease, especially related to dating and relationships. Meghan Donnelly, MS, RD, is the Director of Health Communications at the Celiac Disease Foundation and founder of Nutmeg Nutrition, a private practice in New York specializing in digestive health. She is a registered dietitian whose work focuses on empowering people with medically necessary diets through inclusive, evidence-based nutrition education. Meghan is also a coauthor of the textbook Comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy for Co-Occurring Gastrointestinal & Eating Disorders, which is designed to help healthcare providers support patients navigating both digestive diseases and disordered eating.
