FREE WEBINAR: Measuring Nutrition Practice Outcomes by Demonstrating Value in the Real World

Quarterly Spotlight on Quality: Measuring Nutrition Practice Outcomes by Demonstrating Value in the Real World

In the current health care environment, professionals have the need and opportunity to demonstrate their contributions to client health care. Bringing an international perspective to quality nutrition care, this webinar will establish how measuring practice outcomes enhances client health care. The presenters will break down approaches that are needed to resolve nutrition problems, communicate a client’s progress, and demonstrate a tool for self-evaluation of structured approaches and data exchange in client care. In addition, participants will be presented with an innovative electronic health record (EHR) dashboard design to demonstrate value across multiple case scenarios (e.g., client outcomes, workflow, care prioritization).
